“From a parents perspective....Russell's problem is over crowding, However, it has a new principal and some new guidelines an ideas that has been put into action. Their academic programs are good, parent involvement is low. They do offer music however no extracurricular activities or art/sports that I have notice. I well say the that most of the teachers at Russell are really good. Give this school a couple of years...it will improve”

“I am former student of Russell Elementary and now my son this started this past May. In my opinion this school is highy un orgmized the classes are very over crowded and have an unlining racial problem. I am one of the only Black parent that has tried to be a volunteer, I had all my credential and presented them to the principal but never got a call. I am not happy.”
