Pilates Plus of Beverly Hills is amazing. Eden and Sira's concept of pilates is the most comprehensive I've experienced, thus far. Their trainers are highly knowledgable and take an active role in each clients success. I noticed results in less than 2 months and I can see myself incorporating PP of BH into my workout regime for a lifetime. Woo Hoo !
